French 8 is delivered through the online educational software, “Tell Me More,” one of the most advanced language training programs available.  The program focuses on all major areas of language acquisition: speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary and culture.   “Tell Me More” also incorporates advanced speech recognition technology into many of the activities.  This technology along with the variety of interactive activities keeps students engaged and learning effortlessly.

Sample topics at this level include: family and friends; telling time; adjectives; table etiquette; touring the city. It is strongly recommended that students have some previous French courses or exposure to the French language before enrolling in this course.  Students with no previous exposure to French should take Introductory French 8 prior to enrolling in French 8.
