Introductory French 8 online is a mini bridging course for those students who want to take French 8 but have no prior exposure to the French language. The intent is to start with Introductory French 8 and then take French 8.
This course is delivered through the online educational software, “Tell Me More,” one of the most advanced language training programs available. The program focuses on all major areas of language acquisition: speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary and culture. “Tell Me More” also incorporates advanced speech recognition technology into many of the activities. This technology along with the variety of interactive activities keeps students engaged and learning effortlessly.
Some of the sample topics at this level are: introductions; spelling and counting; vocabulary building (family, animals, colours, hobbies, likes and dislikes).
