REGISTRATION FOR ADULT STUDENTS

  1. Complete the application form below.

    NOTE: Under "Name & Location of Last High School attended", please list the last Secondary school you attended (NOT college or university).

  2. Submit credit card information for the refundable textbook deposit amount, depending on the course(s) being requested. Deposit amounts are displayed for each course under the "Our Programs" tab on this website.

  3. DESK will also require a copy of your birth certificate, passport or Landed Immigrant papers.

PLEASE NOTE!!!

After your application has been received, we will send you your online course login information at the email address on the registration form, usually within 1 or 2 business days.

You must log on and complete the Start-Up assignments for EACH of your courses WITHIN THREE WEEKS or your registration may be deactivated.

Commitment/Authorization
  • As a student, I make a formal commitment to work on my DESK courses and to complete assignments as directed.
  • I agree that work required will be completed and submitted as directed. Enrollment is valid for one year.
  • I understand that, as a student, I am not officially active if an assignment has not been submitted for each course. I understand that if I become inactive, then I may be withdrawn from the course.
  • I agree that all course materials received will be kept in good condition and returned upon request of the school. Lost or damaged materials will be subject to replacement costs.
